As many know the effective date of new regulations for metropolitan transit. This represents an effort by authorities in Mexico City and Edo. Mex. to generate a culture of traffic due to the constant flow of vehicles every day pass from one entity to another and whose growing flow increases.
Although we acknowledge the efforts of our authorities to generate a culture vial, we should point out some irregularities and inconsistencies that arise in these rules, some of which clearly detail, explaining that we do not end that those who governed This regulation applies worth of analysis we do in the next few days for not complying with what the contract states. Suffice it to say that the analysis is done to give people some options to fight the authorities who would abuse these loopholes.
I urge all those operating or intending to do so and the City and Edo. Mex., to read or complete the regulation and try to understand what is regulated. This is important to know what actions to breach would be regulated and therefore creditors we could do some sanctions for violations of those regulations.
