On 8 April the masters of the world gave birth to their usual annual report on violations of "human rights", which led to a sharp analysis on the web site Rebelión, signed by Cuban Manuel E. Yepe, based on the response of China's State Council, listing facts that demonstrate the disastrous situation of human rights in the United States.
"... America is the country where most human rights attack, both at home and around the world and is one of the nations least guarantees the life, property and personal security of its inhabitants.
"Each year, one out of every 5 people is a victim of a crime, the highest in the world. According to official figures, the elderly 12 years were 4.3 million violent acts.
"Crime increased alarmingly in the four largest cities (Philadelphia, Chicago, Los Angeles and New York) and recorded a remarkable increase over the previous year in other large cities (St. Louis and Detroit).
