Tape That Repairs Leather Couch

CAR VS CHINESE LAW smoking and Grupo Salinas.

Friends, Friday, November 23 Redi heard for a very interesting news:

"Grupo Elektra announced a partnership with China FAW Group company that owns the government. The idea is to sell from the month of December this year present value ranges Cuty of 69,000 pesos to 100,000 pesos. "

This company has the saying "a car for every inhabitant Chinese.

The company manufactures more than one car that all carmakers in Mexico.

The major problem will come when, because of the price of Chinese cars, our streets, "fast", which already are slow, the look even more saturated, and that people today are class "lower middle" do not buy cars because they do not have enough money. In addition to the above problem, comes another rigged, which is related to contamination from a heavy traffic and poor quality of our gasolines and the dismal performance in many cases, our authorities.

However, there is another side of the coin and that is that These actions will facilitate the renewal of vehicles passing through the cities.

Hopefully the results of Chinese-Mexican investment.

most common errors when programming Xhtml

  1. Removes HTML code elements that only serve to change the visual aspect of presentation. For example, to mark the emphasis use EM and STRONG elements that provide structural information, instead of B and R, which provide only visual appearance (bold italics).

  2. Remember: The strict grammars disapprove presentation elements like B, I, CENTER, etc.

  3. not use structural elements to format text. For example, instead of using markup BLOQUOTE citation or Q to achieve the effect of indented text, make use of CSS properties for that purpose ("text-indent").

  4. Use CSS to style text, instead of representing through images. A text in an image is no longer available for those who can not see it. If you use this technique adds the same text on the image to the same alternative text (alt attribute).

  5. Avoid using tables for layout. Instead use structural markup and style sheets to control layout of the document. Remember the comments about layout tables in unit 4 and the example of layout using CSS.

  6. Evita add white space or by the entity
empty cells in tables to give them proper borders. Use the property "empty-cells."

  7. not add spaces ("nbsp;") for margins to the content of an element. Instead, it uses the CSS property "margin" "margin-top", "margin-right", "margin-bottom" and "Margin-left".

  8. uses the CSS property "text-align: center" instead of nonstandard element
    CENTER.

Advantages of Using Style Sheets

The use of style sheets, especially the external ones, which allow separate content from presentation, provides important advantages: 1 -.

Easier to change the style of a Web site.

Thus, by changing style sheets change the presentation of all the pages that make use of such sheets.
If a good separation between content and presentation, you can change the visual style Web portal only modify their stylesheets.

2 -. Code clearer and simpler.

free code presentation tags, using external style sheets, is more compact, clear and easy to read, so maintenance is easier. The HTML code would only present the content and structure of the document, leaving the entire presentation to style sheets.

The code structure is very clear, almost completely reduced to a textual content divided into blocks, titles, text, lists, links, images, tables ... The number of different HTML tags and attributes is reduced significantly.

3 -. More compact code.

When taking all aspects of presentation and layout to the style sheets, the code created is much more compact. Sometimes the code can be reduced by half or even less.

4 -. Reducing the load times of pages.

As the code is more compact, you reduce the load times of pages, making it easier for visitors-as access to them.

Note that the associated style sheets are downloaded into the browser the first time they are needed. Thereafter, each time a page requires a sheet style that has already been used, the browser looks in its cache instead of downloading it from the network.
code easier to maintain.

Maintaining that pages with content and presentation separation is easier and more productive, having a more compact code.

5 -. Customizing the style.

Some users-as, by choice or necessity, require changing the layout of the pages. If you use style sheets to provide users, as the implementation of their own leaves art, such as high contrast colors or accessibility.

6 -. Better support different devices.

Separate content and structure of the presentation easy access from a wide variety of devices (small screens, PDAs, mobile art, etc.).. This will avoid creating different versions of pages depending on the device, thereby saving time and money.

Still, if you want more control over the layout of the pages, defines several different style sheets and apply one or the other depending on the user device-a.

CSS styles to define the type of device it is displayed. This is what is called "control means".

General principles of usability in web sites

General principles of usability in web sites
Summary: Although these may seem very general principles are the foundation of discipline and his perfect understanding enables extrapolation and resolve any casuistry concreta.El web site design should follow following principles:
1. Anticipation, the website must anticipate the needs of the user.
2. Autonomy, users should have control over the website. Users are testing a web site if they know your situation in a covered and not infinite.
3. The colors used with caution so as not to hinder access to users with distinction color (approx. 15% of total).
4. Consistency, applications must be consistent with the expectations of users, ie prior learning.
5. User efficiency, web sites should focus on user productivity, not on the website itself. For example, sometimes tasks with the highest number of steps are quicker for a person performing other tasks with fewer steps, but more complex.
6. Reversibility, a website is to allow actions to undo the
7. Learning websites should require minimal learning process and be able to be used from the outset.
8. The protection of users' work is a priority, ensure that users never lose their jobs as a result of an error. Especially when working with forms and data entry.
9. Readability, the text color should contrast with the background and font size should be large enough. Pastel colors are recommended on bright colors background in typography, pastel never combine two or two bright colors, it would produce difficulty in perception.
10. Tracking user actions. Knowing and storage of information on their previous performance has been to allow the user to perform common operations faster. Although in these cases is not recommended under no circumstances the use of cookies.
11. Visible interface. Avoid browsing invisible elements that must be inferred by the users, menus, hidden signs, etc.

Dreamweaver: The Extensions

This morning I was pleasantly surprised when a colleague Blogs, which I keep because I love your blog http://www.estandaresyaccesibilidad.com (which I recommend to visit if you want to know more about usability and web standards), Gabriel Porras leave a post to expand some more on the topic of extensions for Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, Macromedia Dreamweaver aka.
Well, my friend Gabriel, I mention there are numerous extensions, and its functions are multiple in the Macromedia suite. Are installed through the console Adobe aka Macromedia Exchange Exchange and some are free and others are extra.
But my favorite, and which I use quite often are the company InterAKT, now purchased by Adobe and that Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 version, you can download as shareware for 30 days, the link is my list of places to visit and remember, and Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 is called developer tools (remember you must be registered to download this application).
Basically you have this application:
  1. You can create forms
Insertion / ISSUE / deleting data
  2. lets you generate reports with links to forms for inserting, editing, deletion, these reports are customizable search forms.
  3. A fairly complete module creation and manipulation of Mailing-List
  4. A module to create users logged and restriction of access to pages
  5. can create forms for uploading multiple images to BD
  6. can
  7. Nested Lists to create connection to BD

If instead you're left with the version Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, this same application is called "INTERAKT KOLLECTION PRO 3.7.1" and has the same features as the successor to Adobe Dreamweaver 8. Both are

payment (only bad thing), but if you're a developer and you have to create dynamic sites and do not have time or do not know well the language in which these programs, these extensions will facilitate long life. By the way, you can schedule them in ASP, PHP, JSP and ColdFusion.

Anyway, Gabriel'm opening soon I hope, a blog which is called Dreamweaver4Dummies, where he will share with you all this knowledge and others on extensions and more things that I find interesting in Dreamweaver.

The importance of text in Web Content (II)

Post
Consistent with previous below transcribe something I found on the WWW and which serves to illustrate what comment above:
"Text is considered accessible to almost anyone if it can be handled by screen readers, non-visual browsers and Braille readers.
can be presented visually, magnified, synchronized with video to create a caption, and so on. When designing a document containing non-textual information supplementing that information with text equivalents wherever possible.
When
present the user with a text equivalent, it must meet essentially the same function (as possible) the original content. For simple content, a text equivalent may need only describe the function or purpose of the content. For complex content (charts, graphs, etc.). The text equivalent may be longer and more descriptive incluirinformación.
text equivalents must be provided for logos, photos, submit buttons, bullets in lists, ASCII art and all links within an image map, as well as invisible images used to layout a page. WAI WCAG "

The importance of text in Web Content Pages in Separation

Much has been written (forgive the redundancy) on the text on the Web, there are specialists who say that everything should be text (the way the Web was originally conceived), others fail in many cases the text side, supplementing the work of many designers who ride websites for pictures, so not hard to see as a navigation bar with roll-over consists of two alternating images, or titles that instead of being ranked by labels appear as images.
Personally I think when applicable text, text must apply under all possible conditions, and we think that not only are users who access our site through browsers with image support, but also other forms of connection which Image support is limited or nonexistent.
So following this premise, we must replace the rollover images for CSS pseudo-classes (aya: hover .... remember that?), On the other hand, we should replace the title by markup tags H1, H2 and other family members (remember the article he spoke about the categorization of content out there .. I) and of course if I can not place text, think of alternatives to in some way this appears and is used in case of not being able to display images. .. I refer of course to the label include "Alt" in the case of the images.
And I will say ... we won with it? .. simple: Ease of Maintenance Site, imagine for a moment I want to update the options on a menu ... rollover with images and I have to create all of the options twice 1 for normal and another for the exchange ... edit the code, create the space to add, set options as a result increase the weight of the site. If I have for CSS pseudo classes, the only thing I have to do is type the name in the HTML link ... of all other classes are in charge of Pseudo .. so simple ... and the best ... we will be building an accessible and standardized.

clearly defined areas.

According to Steve Krug, "Users should be able to point to different areas of a page and say things like: "I can do on this site", "products sold by this company," "navigation to go the rest of the site" and so on. "

really about the visual hierarchy, divide the page into clearly defined areas because it allows users to decide quickly and almost without thinking about what areas of the site should focus their attention and which can obviate.

are significant studies on rapid reading of web users who come to suggest that they quickly decide which parts of the site is more likely to be seeking information and almost never look for the rest of the page.

One way of defining areas is to use the <h1>, <h2>, <h3>, <h4>, <h5>, <h6>, where each of them indicates the title or subtitle in function of the importance of content, so for example <h1> would be the main title page or document you're showing, <h2> would be the titles of the main sections of content from that page, < ; h3> would be the subtitle of the contents and so on until <h6>.

Make use of the conventions

Conventions are a set of unwritten rules, acquired by everyday use, that everyone knows and can interpret correctly.

is, come to represent a kind of de facto standards. If we abide by them, we guarantee that our users will be able to use a particular product, know how to move comfortably through a website, read a new newspaper or magazine ... without having to study a manual or spend some time experimenting and learning.

As we browse a newspaper because we can easily identify the various news that will make it all they follow a common pattern (the biggest headlines and bold that span many columns as the story takes, for example), there are many conventions that have been established on the Web and that we must follow if we want to use our site is a nightmare for visitors.

To cite only some of them, we can enumerate the following:

Create a Clear Visual Hierarchy

How do we facilitate the process of rapid reading a user? One of the best things we can do in this regard is that the appearance of all items on the page reflects as closely as possible the relations between these same elements. Ie
be clear what things are interrelated, what other things are part and so on.

In other words, it is necessary to create a visual hierarchy as clear as possible, reflecting the underlying logical structure of the page.

But what we really mean to create a visual hierarchy? For things such as: The most important

For example, the titles stand out from the normal page content, either making them larger, putting them in bold or in color, leaving more space between them and the rest of the elements, etc. (or by a combination of the above techniques).

1. Quick readability

We have already mentioned that when we use the Web instead of reading, we tend to flip through the pages, and we should not pretend to fight against the habit of users but to accept it and even encourage it. How? That is what we will see in this section, by some simple tips.

Specifically, these are the five most important things, according to Steve Krug (Krug,
2000) must do to ensure our users are, and are able to understand, as much as possible on our site:

with Adobe Dreamweaver CS3

Much has been said and much has been written about this magnificent visual HTML editor program. Many people use it for layout and give a professional touch to your sites, but I think very few of us actually know all the power and functionality of the program.
Some time ago, I wrote in Google "Macromedia Extension", and .... oh big surprise, I found myself facing a list of sites which were of course in several languages, but that above all emphasized at the time a Romanian company called Inter AKT, which is dedicated to create extensions for Macromedia Dreamweaver (then). So I decided to look elsewhere P2P sharing the entire list of extensions that were listed there and install them on my Dreamweaver 8 (by then).
The result was incredible, I found myself in my interface in the case of insertion of objects a number of new tabs that among other things and with just two mouse clicks and a simple configuration box I allowed, among other things:
- Create a Photo Carrousel
- Creating a Shopping Cart (Shopping Cart)
- Create a forum
- Swap MySQL XML and backwards

Finally a world of opportunities available one with just two mouse clicks and no programming skills.

friend, I ask this question: you know how long I was able to design, develop and program a Carrousel Image? .... in 4 hours .... with Adobe Extension .. now in 4 Clicks ... ah! and most importantly ... no errors! ... that the errors were back then, today it no longer. Here

Accessibility Guidelines The 14

transcribe the 14 accessibility guidelines that issued the W3C to create sites usable. In this post I shall not discuss or clarify any of them, I will do it one by one in subsequent posts.

Guideline 1: Provide equivalent alternatives to auditory and visual content.
Guideline 2: Do not rely on color alone.
Guideline 3: Use markers and style sheets and do it properly.
Guideline 4: Identify the original language used.
Guideline 5: Create tables that transform gracefully.
Guideline 6: Ensure that pages that incorporate new technologies transform
correctly.
Guideline 7: Ensure user control over content changes
tempo-dependent.
Guideline 8: Ensure direct accessibility of embedded user interfaces.
Guideline 9: Design for device independence.
Guideline 10: Use interim solutions.
Guideline 11: Use W3C technologies and guidelines.
Guideline 12: Provide context and orientation.
Guideline 13: Provide clear navigation mechanisms.
Guideline 14: Ensure that documents are clear and simple.

brief guide to creating accessible websites

1. images and animations: Use alternative text (alt attribute) to describe the role of visual elements.

2. image maps: client Use maps and text for hotspots.

3. Multimedia: Provide captioning and transcription of sound files, video description and accessible versions in case inaccessible formats use.

4. Hypertext links Use text that makes sense when read out of context.
For instance, avoid "click here."

5. Page organization: Use headers (H1, H2, H3 ,...), lists and consistent structure. Use Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for layout and style where possible.

6. Data Graphics: Summarize or use the longdesc attribute.

7. Scripts, applets and plug-ins: Provide alternative content in case of active features are inaccessible or have no support.

8. Frames (Frames): Label with title or name attributes.

9. Tables: Make all so as to read line by line. Include a summary.
Avoid using tables to format pages.

10. Check your work: Validate HTML code. Use evaluation tools and text-only browsers to verify accessibility.

Errors Frequently when in Web Design How to use the Web

1 -.
business model

Treat the Web as a simple brochure, rather than how something fundamental that will change the way we conduct the company in the networked economy.

2 -. Project Management Manage

a web project as if it were a traditional corporate project. This leads to an internal design provided inconsistent user interface. Instead, a Shiite websites should be managed as a specific project customer interface.

3 -. Information Architecture Structure

site to reflect the way the company is structured. Instead, the site should be structured to reflect the users' tasks and their views on the information space.

4 -.
page design
Create pages that look attractive and evoke positive feelings being tested internally. Internal testing will not suffer delays in response time, which are the main determinant of usability: similarly, a test does not expose the difficulties that will have a new user to find and understand the different page elements. Instead, design the site for the user to have an optimal experience in real circumstances, even if your evidence is less "sexy."

5 -. Content Creation

Write to the same linear style which has always written. Instead, force yourself to write with a new style optimized for online readers, who tend to scan the text and need very short pages with information relegated to secondary pages support.

6 -. Linking strategy

Treat your own site and the only important, links to other sites, without well-designed entry points for others to post their links. Many companies do not use correct links to mention your website on your own advertising. Instead, remember that hypertext is the foundation of the Web, and that no place is an island.

hope this introduction has served to raise the student may soon obviate things when need to design a web site and, crucially, to do so always, we will not tire of repeating from the standpoint of the user.

Finally, it should be clear that usability is not only related to graphic design, or that it has appropriate mechanisms for navigation, there is a site map, etc.. In many cases, the problem comes from not knowing how to deliver the functionality demanded by the user or simply make him feel fuller use our site.

Ultimately, as Nielsen says, " the Web is a new medium, so it requires a different approach."

Armpit Concealer Mucu Mu

One of the most common mistakes when designing a website is to think that the user will read it as if it were a book page, starting top left and read sequentially all page content, to the end. In addition, we tend to believe that he will devote some time to find out how we've organized things (on the page and the web site in general) and weigh the different options before you start it say to click on a specific link .

This seems quite low to the way we all use the Web. Instead, what we do most Internet users flip through the pages, make quick reading of the text and click the first link that catches our intention one way or another, or that reminds us what we are trying to do. That is, there are usually large portions of the page to which not even look.

As Steve Krug says, the designer of the page many times you think you are doing
literature (or at least, a kind of brochure of a product) while the user is facing the Web with an attitude similar to that showed against the billboards we see on the road while traveling in his car at sixty miles an hour.

So instead of trying to combat this attitude, what we do is take it on and, knowing that almost nobody will bother to read through, much less, in order, the content of our web pages, try to foster precisely this quick read to capture users' attention on those aspects important for each page.

In "Creating usable sites and information architecture" will see some design guidelines that can help facilitate this quick read.

Basically, what it is to provide a clear visual hierarchy of the page, as always, from the user point of view, trying to highlight what they consider more important to him in each context, and not what the company thinks is important.

Some of these design principles have to do with the proper use of white space, removing noise from the page, omitting all that is dispensable in order to give more prominence to the basics, making sure that links are obvious
(ie the user know that there can be pressed), and so on.

What Does This Mean: Fibroids That Have Calcified

What are "priorities", the "fitness levels" and how are they used?

When evaluating a website, it is important that its contents designed according to accessibility guidelines recommended by the W3C and WAI 508.
To find out if your site meets these guidelines (14 in total), there are sites that are responsible for validating our content based on a verification points (76 in total), each checkpoint is assigned one of three levels of priority.
• Priority 1 is for checkpoints that a developer must meet;
if not, some groups of people will be unable to access information from a site
;
• Priority 2, the developer must meet it without it
someone will find many difficulties in accessing information;
• Priority 3 the developer can satisfy, otherwise some people
find difficulty in accessing information.
According to the results, give us a series of recommendations and we can qualify as a function of 3 levels of fitness, the specification has three "conformance levels" for easy reference by other organizations:
• The level of adequacy " A '(A) includes checkpoints for priority 1;
• Level "Double A" (AA) includes priorities 1 and 2;
This page of "Frequently Asked Questions" provides information on the W3C recommendation
(World Wide Web Consortium) "Accessibility Guidelines
Content Web 1.0", issued on May 5, 1999. 20

• Level "Triple A" (AAA) includes priorities 1, 2 and 3.
For those whose pages follow these guidelines, are available
some logos can be placed on their sites to show their level of fitness. See question 12 of this document

What are Web Accessibility Guidelines

The "Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 Web Content" are a W3C specification providing guidance on accessibility of Web sites people with disabilities.
have been developed by the Initiative Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of W3C. The specification contains fourteen guidelines which are general principles for accessible design. Each pattern is associated with one or more checkpoints describing how to apply this pattern to presentations
Web pages.
An appendix to these guidelines, the "List of Checkpoints for Accessibility Guidelines
Content Web 1.0", presents the checkpoints sorted by priority for easy reference. These guidelines not only make pages more accessible to people with disabilities but with the added benefit of making them more accessible to all users using different browsers or new laptops or voice-based.

The Importance of Developing HTML Lists

Many times the difference between a clean and accessible code that enables us to modify the look & feel of a Web component or simply "do what it can for the patient" is in the proper structuring of HTML.
Throughout my career, I've gone through several stages, from using tables to distribute content through the typical conversion of images from Fireworks to Dreamweaver and show site full of images to use div's, classes and id's to give look & feel to everything and position particularly in the user interface.

been a long and sometimes not?, Winding road from which I learned some things:

1) The sections are structured through the label (p)
2) The text contents are structured through label (p)
3) The various contents of a section are structured lists (ul, li)
4) reporting results are presented in tables (function that have been created)

So far so good but let us in Section 3 and let's look at something:
When I want to rank content (Title, Subtitle, Picture, Content) that I have options:

Tabular and display all content in different cells make use of div's Divisiveness and create up to separate the different parrafosUsar the free will in a cloud Div Perfect, I would stick with option 3 .... but what if the client at the last minute (and believe me that is), decided to give a drastic change of position, viewing or distribution of content area.
1 -. The fact prevents me from using tables under any circumstances change any component position in the best scenario I have to create new cell division and take the action out of position it generates.
2 -. If you use splits, I'll be in a more privileged position with tables, but equal measures of divs and float option I created breakers head.
3 -. Finally, if you use style, and reposition all that may become difficult to enter the code .. but believe me, get tested. There
an option, although it seems quite primitive, from the moment that I discovered, completely changed my life, see: Structuring the content in lists I have several problems resolved:
1) The sequential presentation of content This structured and hierarchical, so I can only declare a class with my fancy move any content that contains a list or sub-list.
2) In combination with the float CSS style tag, I can use both vertically and horizontally the contents of the lists.
3) A time to change look & feel, the code is cleaner so it will be more legible and ultimately understandable.
From here I encourage you to try to do such a gallery of images based on lists, or navigation bar.

CONTINUATION OF REGULATION REGULATION OF THE METROPOLITAN TRANSIT TRANSIT

As I said earlier, we analyze the Metropolitan Transit Regulations.

article 6. Section XI: "It is forbidden for drivers using cell phones or headphones while you drive.". It is one of the factions that has casued a stir among drivers because it is illogical that the Secretary for Transport and Roads DF say that if you can use so-called "hands free" phone use Cell phone while driving when the same policy prohibits the use of the phone. This is because if the driver uses the headset, it automatically is using the cell phone, right? That is, to use my hands free to say that I'm on the phone, therefore, if I'm talking then the handset then I'm using the phone.

However, as is clear from the text of this fraction, the ban for drivers is to use headphones, that is, one, two or more (it would take more than two ears), but again the aforementioned Secreatrio in the media says that the drivers they can use the handsfree if it is only in one ear (there are two hands-free headset), but someone explain to that Secretary the difference between plural and singular, that is, concerns a hearing aid only, refers to a hearing or more, that is, the plural includes the singular, in order, but not explained to them who wrote the rules that there is a difference between headset and handset.

Headset according to the dictionary of the Royal Academy of English Language means apparatus to perceive sounds better, especially used by the deaf.

Headset according to the same dictionary means:
In handsets and, in general, all employees to perceive sounds, some of them or isolated part that applies to the ears.

Thereupon, it is OK to use while driving over a headset for listening to music. Not so for the phone, remember that the use thereof is prohibited while driving and while it is true that there would come a penalty for using the telephone, so is that if you proceed to use the phone while talking on the handset.

continue with further analysis to these Regulations ...

Laptops With Oovoo On It

As many know the effective date of new regulations for metropolitan transit. This represents an effort by authorities in Mexico City and Edo. Mex. to generate a culture of traffic due to the constant flow of vehicles every day pass from one entity to another and whose growing flow increases.

Although we acknowledge the efforts of our authorities to generate a culture vial, we should point out some irregularities and inconsistencies that arise in these rules, some of which clearly detail, explaining that we do not end that those who governed This regulation applies worth of analysis we do in the next few days for not complying with what the contract states. Suffice it to say that the analysis is done to give people some options to fight the authorities who would abuse these loopholes.

I urge all those operating or intending to do so and the City and Edo. Mex., to read or complete the regulation and try to understand what is regulated. This is important to know what actions to breach would be regulated and therefore creditors we could do some sanctions for violations of those regulations.

Frustration Card Game Rul;es

PONGO

This is the newest member of the family. As you can see is beautiful.

I guess they know their history. It's a dog that apparently had no house or owner. I decided in my new office there is much room for a dog like Pong and now lives there.

But unfortunately in the world there are many puppies and kittens, especially, who are homeless or live in safe food and a roof to protect them from rain or cold.

Do any of you have felt in a day who die of thirst or hunger, but knows that at one time or as soon as they get home to eat and drink water at least and also not going to kick in look in the fridge something that meets those needs? As puppies and kittens are not so that they look for "leftovers" that are nothing more than food that fell on the floor or no longer serves (rotten) kicking them and scare with stones or whatever they can.

As alleged race thinking about the planet, I think we have an obligation to help the least "think" (hahaha, that they think and animals is not a joke) or can meet your needs. Consider this: A street child can juggle and others to ask for money or just passing by your car window and asking for money, but how do you ask a dog to eat or drink, or just say something hurt? Who see doctors for free to the animals you see on the street? (Fortunately in this area there are many veterinarians who do save animal husbandry to the animals regardless of whether No money or not to help, for it looked, right?).

For all these reasons, I urge that the next time you see any animal hurt or sick or run over, at least send you the best vibes you can and put a moment in their shoes and see what options they have for succeed.

Unfortunately there are no authorities in Mexico or weight penalties that can help the animals when they suffer from abuse by race "thinking."

There are some laws that seek to safeguard the rights of animals, but does not really help much, because as part of our authorities are corrupt and lazy who is going to throw a fight for kicking a dog or cat or run over or poison?

Answer ... KA-BOOM, BV & M and Kaboon.

Why Do My Scalp Itch When I Eat Spicey Food

WOMEN'S RIGHT VS THE CONSISTENCY OF HUMANITY WE CHANGE THE END

As you know, a few days ago passed a law (General Law of Access of Women to a Life Free of Violence), whose purpose is to promote development and welfare of women under the principles of equality and nondiscrimination. I have discussed on several occasions this law and the results that I'm always been the same.

is a law that promotes women's equality regardless and non-discrimination that the law itself generates, as it touches on subjects as subjective as the "indifference", rejection, indifference, humiliation, abandonment, neglect, repeated, and so on. Let's analyze them one by one type of violence embodied in the law so that we can understand it better.

According to the law, this is psychological violence:

1 .- Psychological Violence: Any act or omission which harms the psychological stability, which may include: neglect, abandonment, neglect, repeated, jealousy, insults, humiliation, devaluation, alienation, disaffection, indifference, infidelity, destructive comparisons, rejection, restriction self-determination and threats, which lead to the victim to depression, isolation, devaluation of self-esteem and even suicide.

not boring, so this entry will only discuss this type of violence.

Neglect: The Royal English Academy defines negligence as "negligence or carelessness." What kind of negligence or carelessness can cause damage to the psychological? We should look at who depends on a person psychologically stable, it may not be the "negligence" the cause of such damage.

Neglect: Action and effect SIGIF left. Leave
means

( Del fr. abandonnés, and east of germ. * banna, order).

1. tr. Leaving, not protecting anyone or anything.

2. tr. Leave a occupation, an attempt, a right, etc.., Undertaken now. In games and sports, umc intr. the third assault, he left.

3. tr. Leave place, away from him.

4. tr. Cesar frequent or inhabit a place.

5. tr. Support, rest with procrastination. U. mc prnl.

6. tr. deliver, entrust something to someone or thing. U. mc prnl.

7. prnl. be dominated by emotions, passions or vices.

8. prnl. neglect the interests or obligations.

9. prnl. neglect cleanliness and composure.

10. prnl. Fall of mind, giving up in adversity and setbacks.

So what will happen when they stop hanging out with women? Psychological violence is it?
or what happens in divorce when the man ceases to live at home coyugal and therefore live longer there?

Neglect repeat: It is the same that the negligence but repeatedly. This indicates that those who made this law never contemplated and do not know the meanings of terms used in the body of law.

jealousy: According to the Royal English Academy, means: Passion of jealousy. Celo
means Suspicion, anxiety and fear that the loved one has moved or move your baby, putting it in another. So who is the psychological problem of jealousy "of who feel or who are supposed to generate? Let's be honest, a person who is jealous is not the fault of the couple but by the same person who feels as the psychological disorder is your problem. Furthermore, according to the definition, anyone is free to "move" your love and affection and love another, hence the jealousy is the result of the freedom of people to move or not caring. It was concluded then that the suspect (the suspicion) is vioencia psychological.

Insults: insutar comes from meaning "provoking offend or upset anyone by word or action." We return to the same problem of gaps in the law, as the provocation or irritation of a person goes along with their degree of tolerance to words or actions. That is, perhaps there are those who do not mind being called idiots, not that they are but because they actually take things who come and realize that words only hurt when they are allowed to do and open to just tell people to dislike us are offended. Typical case: A man tells his wife that he likes an actress. The woman may feel insulted because you can think of is comparing or perhaps quisera be with the actress and not her. Is that violence (uncultured or jealousy)? In terms of actions, in many cases they depend on the perspective of each. Example: A person who bends the arm to scratch the back of the head (neck). Which is opposite might think it's a very serious insult and thus feel "insulted" when the reality is different. We must clarify that there are clear cases of abuse and other violence, but all of them, where relevant, are already legislated in different rules in place and do not need a law as incomplete and bland as this.

Humiliations: According to the Royal English Academy, humiliate can mean:

fold or bend a body part, as the head or the knee, especially in submission and obedience. In this case, who is bent who humbles himself and the law does not do violence if a woman's car, that is, when it itself is violent in any kind of violence. Fold

pride and arrogance of someone. In this case, pride, self-esteem depends on the person and the pride of the same character. And they are forging with the passage of time and education and influence of parents, family and friends mostly, still as high incluencia observe the mass media today are a vital and fundamental factor in the education of the people. Hurt

-esteem or someone's dignity. In this case also depends heavily on the psyche of each individual and their self-esteem. Make

acts of humility. This case is curious, as if by an act of humility any person on behalf of women is done would be violating his psyche.

said of one: To have a situation in which their dignity would suffer any prejudice. This case is essential to understanding the lack of improvement of the law. In reality, the law should say something like siguiete incongruity: the act or omission that creates a situation in which the dignity of women suffer some impairment.

Kneeling or do worship. This case is best. Now all women can report to all parents of churches being asked to kneel during mass.

In the next post we'll talk more about this type of violence.

SUNHILLS VALLEY ... COLTS VS BEARS

On Tuesday we went to a business meeting in the beautiful state of Queretaro. The meeting was attended by no more and no less than one child Xavier López "Chabelo." Importantly, Oscar's son Xavier, is a super attentive and very professional, owns a school called SunHills Valley.
I was impressed that school as children from kindergarten through high school, meet Oscar for his name and he knows almost everyone, including their families. They treat him as a friend rather than as principal. If you see a paper on the floor he picks it up and fits into place. No doubt it is a wonderful place.

I hope someday in Mexico there are more schools like that.
